Lately, a co-worker has got me hooked on quick routines during lunch. This one doesn’t look so quick, but what I could do is start at the halfway mark and work my way up to the full Ninety-Nine for a fuller workout. This looks pretty easy to memorize so perfect for a back pocket workout. I’ll scan and post the one I’ve been doing during lunch so we can all get fit and make better choices! No excuses.
